What is the bond value?It is $500 (Five hundred Australian dollars).

Does the car have insurance?Yes, it does. All our cars have comprehensive insurance, Road assistance 24/7, maintenance and unlimited kilometers.

How does it work if I crash my car (on something or someone)?Contact us straigh away.

What is the excess insurance amount?The Accidental Damage Excess (ADE) is $2000 (two thousand Australian dollars). However, drivers between 21 to 24 years old, will pay an extra $500 (Five hundred Australian dollars).

How does it work if I pass a Toll?If you go through a toll, you have a few days to go online and pay it to avoid the fee. In case we receive it, there is fee nomination of $20 (It is not the amount of the toll).

How does it work if I take any fines?There is a nomination fee of $40. You will receive it in the mail at the address registered when you signed your agreement.

How does the vehicle service work?The service is included. However, it is responsibility of the renter communicates us when the service is due.

How many days do I get the bond back?Up to 7 business days.

Do I have a breach of contract fee?No, but the client must advise us 1 week before.

How does the payment work?It is Weekly (automatic payment).
